Who are we?

Mary Muriuki is the founder and director of Elimu Nyumbani.

She is a pioneer of Home Education in Kenya and has been innovating in the Home Schooling arena for 25 years.

She homeschooled her two children from kindergarten to high school and is currently working as a full-time Education Consultant. 

She believes in educating children to their fullest potential in all areas of life, and Home Schooling allows this flexibility under the supervision of parents and individualised tutoring.

She is also a leading voice in the E-learning community and has contributed to the creation of new levels of efficiency and opportunities in education.
